Pros: graphics, games, multimedia capability, display
Cons: awkward browser, no internal storage
Considering its portable size, the PSP is an absolutely amazing gaming platform. It's probably superior to the original Playstation, and not far short of the PS2, all in a handheld form factor.
The games that I've played and seen on the PSP make very few compromises in depth and complexity - they're not just casual five-minute timekillers.
In addition to that, it's also a multimedia platform with a nice big screen that can display photos and play videos and music.
My only quibbles are the lack of internal storage, and a disappointing internet experience, but Sony was pretty ambitious to even give it internet capabilities at all. The addition of a QWERTY software keyboard option was a huge help, as the phone-style software keyboard it came with was just terrible.
