We use about 20-25 of these monitors in our office with absolutely no problems at all. I decided to upgrade home monitors and for the price and good reliable picture, they can not be beat. No problems with computer recognizing and for the most part auto configure for the best resolution whether using an expensive video card, or just shared video from the VGA port.
The only improvement I would make would be to add a DVI input. Beyond that a good high quality monitor.

The box arrived with just two parts to assemble. The monitor and the base snapped together with no tools required. The driver software installed easily, and worked flawlessly with my tractor of an old computer. Since this replaced another monitor, only the power cable was different and needed to be replaced, so total installation time was but a few minutes. The image is crisp, with true color appearance. The best part: a really good price!

The setup was a snap, just put it on the stand, plug in the sockets and VGA cable to your computer and you're done. You don't need the CD that came with it, I did perfectly fine without it. The price is pretty decent too, especially for a Viewsonic. The picture quality is not the best, but is acceptable for daily task and occasional video viewing.

The purchase from PC Connection was smooth and painless. Shipping was very fast and the product arrived in good condition.
The monitor itself is a solid product for the price. The color is good enough and it was easy to set-up and install. I am not going to use many of the more advanced features since I use it for business but the large dispaly is very nice.

This monitor does exactly what I expected it would. Perfect for spreadsheets, Word documents, Powerpoints, etc. It's larger than I expected, but I got used to it quickly and am considering buying another. I love the split screen ability when hooked up to my laptop. Also, the item was delivered quickly with no issues. I went to check status with the tracking # only to find that it was already waiting for me at my front door! What a pleasant surprise. Great Service, Great Price!

I like the overall size of the monitor. I am having a little difficulty because I cannot set the resolution to the recommended level on XP Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 which causes the view to be slightly skewed. However, it is such an improvement over my 15" monitor, I am willing to live with it. The ordering process was easy and delivery, standard shipping, was very fast. I had my purchase in 2 days!

After having working on a 24"imac and an HP 22" screen the quality of the Optiquest was very disappointing. I did not expect greatness for the price but the quality below fair. It has a gray tone and a number of pixels are NG.

My requirements were big clear picture at low price for business use. That's what I got. No dead pictures, even illumination, snappy performance. I edit videos and am completely satisfied with the performance. The controls are tricky, so read the manual during setup; after the first time, the only control I am likely to use is the power switch. PC Connection's ability to take an order from online to UPS astonishes me; I had the tracking number in my email in less than two hours after placing the order at 5 PM.

I purchased the Optiquest 22" monitor and I have been thoroughly pleased. Hook up was simple and the picture quality is great. I recommended this to a co-worker who also bought one, and he recommended it to a friend who also bought one. We are all satisfied with our purchase. The only thing missing from this monitor is speakers, so be sure to have your own or include them in your purchase!
