build quality, design, print quality, size & weight
Cons:
Expensive Ink Refills, software
Compact printer. Software didn't completely install on an HP laptop running Vista. Carriage "stalls" (sticks) often.

Being on the road all the time I needed a printer that would hold up. This is the best made easy to use printer I have purchased to date. Would recommend to anyone wanting a portable printer
