I bought a bunch of these for my company. Overall they have proven to work well. We use exclusively Windows XP and do not use the fax feature.
Printing, scanning and copying all work well and as promised in the specs. I have, however, hit a few bugs in the drivers that have proven annoying. One example is that it cannot collate multiple copies, even when the collage option is selected. It is not too bad to work around such issues, but if you are buying something new, I would go with a model where drivers have been tested better.
I just added this product to my office in place of individual photocopiers and fax machines. Overall, the performance has been very good and the versatility of the machine is impressive from scanning, faxing, to printing. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to conserve space by purchasing an all-in-one.

Excellent purchase. Machine is fast and has excellent print quality. Fax works great and is easy to use. Scanner works great with Windows Vista (but not with Linux). Copying is easy and fast. You won't go wrong with this printer/scanner/fax/copier for a home office.
Set up is easy - except for fax.

Set up was simple - added scan to file, print driver, etc... easily. However, it took some trial and error in order to get the fax working. After power loss fax settings (no others though) were lost - we did not know until someone called saying they could not get a fax sent. Otherwise, the print, scan copy functions work very well. There is no waiting - starts in seconds.
