Pros: design, easy to use, Picture/Image Quality, sound quality, value for money

product received in timely manner. looked brand new. I had initial problem with setting up with cable; however, discovered I did not read instructions fully. Contacted Viewsonic tech for help. Tech helped me. I would do business again with PC connection.
