I do a lot of personal printing usually reducing the size to use less ink (horse racing & gameknot chess). It said I'd get 1500 pages out the ink cartridge so I bought an extra one and at the reduced size I think I'll get around 8,000 prints or more. I re-use paper flipping it over and printing my chess scenarios 2 a side getting 4 prints per page. My HP inkjet would jam up often and my Kodak easyshare would not except used paper at all. This printer has no problem at all with my reusing paper. Prints are crisp & sharp.

a good laser prinetr svaes ink but it comes unfortunately without a ups cable that made me upset
