Cons: bundled software, difficult to use

This is a bad choice for a disk controller in a windows server environment. The set-up was fairly straight forward. However, the driver installation was a nightmare. #1: The utility that was to generate the driver never worked as documented. #2: only provision is for a floppy install. #3: once the install script advanced it errored out during the driver install.
