Owned this Product for: 0-3 Months
Level of Expertise: Good

Pros: build quality, easy to use, Fast Read/Write Speed

Very easy to use, even for a novice. Load the software and follow the instructions. Mounting the new and old drives into the enclosed was also easy. Caveats: I had a false start about 2 hours into the initial ghost copy, which I suspect was due to a disruption from the screen saver. By shutting the screen saver down, the ghost copy proceeded all the way through, copying all 90 GB of my old drive to the new one in about 6 hours. Also, 99.999...% was copied over. Only some firewall settings appeared to get lost, which were easily restored. This was a great "do it yourself" way to get a new HD going in a laptop without resorting to expensive service calls.
