This is a cool product. It has helped my carpal tunnel a lot. It takes a little getting used to. But once you get used to it, you will not want to use a conventional mouse again. Coolest feature is the dpi switch located directly on the bottom of the mouse.
It was very easy to make this purchase and I got my mouse in a timely manner. NO COMPLAINTS. The vertical mouse is actually helping my wrist heal, but I'm still using it so much it's taking awhile. I could suggest some design changes to Evoluent, but I'll wait awhile to see how my wrist feels. I'm glad I found PC Connection as I saved over $10.00 on the product price.
I have tried every type of mouse I could get my hands on--literally--but was still frustrated at not having found the "one" until now. The vertical mouse is so comfortable and easy to use. Try it and I know you will feel the same as I do.
