office 2002 upgrade to office 2007 went smoothly on my XP Pro system. A few Excel and Word files operated well in the new environment. Access preview highlighted a need to dig into training options and were dramatic. Other features are not yet tested.

Finally decided to get on the bandwagon with Office Pro '07. Was previously using Office Pro XP. The upgrade was straight forward and simple. The new Pro '07 interface was easy to understand and use. Should have upgraded sooner.

Pros: eliminates drop down menu misses.
Cons: no install progress indicator

It took some getting used to but the new format and design with the "ribbon" is very efficient. It puts all the most used icons grouped by use.

Pros: reliable, feature rich
Cons: expensive

I know it's not cool to like microsoft. However I think their office suite is great. I love the changes in Office 2007. I also think it's the best UI they've had.
