This is primarily a review and rating of my experience purchasing a copy of Publisher 2007 from MacConnection when I recently changed over from PC's to Mac's. Having used Publisher on the PC and having many Publisher files, I wanted to transfer and use the Publisher software. I ordered Publisher 2007 from MacConnection mistakingly believing it was Mac software, but is was not. It was for the PC. I went back to the web site and sure enough under the tech specs for the software it showed only the PC platform. I called MacConnection explaining the problem even though knowing their written policy was not to allow software to be returned. I was prepared to plead my case but didn't have to when the rep said that because it was on the mac web site (they also run PCConnection) they understood how the mistake was in part their responsibility and sent me a return authorization. It's pleasure to deal with a compant like this.
