The purchase process was easy. Arrived well in advance of Christmas, merely several days after placing order. No Complaints.

Purchase IPod Touch and Mac Book with the extended Apple Care for both products. The Mac Book Apple care was registered with no problem, the IPod was not so luck. When trying to register it the Apple people informed us that the number was already registered (outside of California). I have faxed them a copy of the receipt so they can provide another number. Case #113778504 . I don't know where the problem was caused since the product was sealed, but did not like to waste time on Christmas to resolve.

never buy apple products without purchasing apple care to compliment your fie new toy. it is worth it and not a waste time or money like most warranties are through other companies. go for it.
