Pros: compatibility, design, easy to setup, size, value for money

I purchased the CyberPower Systems CP1500AVRLCD UPS about 4 weeks ago. The unit was not only not packaged in an external box, but the UPS' box was not taped shut, and arrived with the box flaps opened. I was concerned, but certain that if there were problems, PC Connection would make good. Fortunately, there were no problems.

The LCD feedback is excellent. Fortunately, I have not had to have it kick in yet, so I don't know if the 45 minutes runtime on the LCD is accurate with my PC, montior and server plugged into it.

Cons: no software for win98

Item works as discribed. Plug it in and forget about it. I live in Florida and it's the lighting capitol. Since I started using this unit my computer loves me...

Have 5 of these products in our office. Like the product, however the Box it was delivered in was completely destroyed, mangled.
