Pros: Easy Installation/Good Instructions, easy to use, print quality, speed, value for money

Even though the driver disc was cracked and not usable, instead of trying to get it replaced, I went onto hp's website and downloaded the newest. The rest of the product was great and they could not have know this. It shipped timely and arrived when promised. Very happy.

The printer is way too noisy and jerks when it prints so even the computer table moves! Wish I had my old one back.

Cons: Expensive Ink Refills, Print Cartridge Life

I have been purchasing printers for our company for quite a few years and the HP products have always been a good value and great product for us in house and for our customers. And I always get great service with my customer service rep with whatever needs I have.

Pros: easy to use, print quality, speed, value for money

Excellent printer, low price, great quality (only used for forms, etc not pictures), and ink used efficiently. We have 15+ of these
