Exellent IDF Switch Date: March 5, 2009

Level of Expertise: Expert

Pros: manageble, lower cost
Cons: shared gbic ports

This line of switches is an excellent low cost purchase to replace the aging 10/100 switches in our IDFs, the GBIC slot let's us use existing fiber to connect to our core switches with ease.
Web management is easy to use, but robust enough to still allow all the management needs that we have, SNMP, VLAN setup and other monitoring
