Pros: build quality, compatibility, design, print quality, speed, programming language
Cons: software

This is not intended as a printer for casual use and it isn't. It took some serious work to get started. The configuration out of the box didn't match what I expected, the included designer application has yet to work with it. Step one was to learn the configuration codes to get it working. Technical support was great even on a couple things I should have been able to figure out. Once I got down to programming it for production use, the ZPL II control language is very easy to work with and get exactly what I want.
