It's been tough to find an ergonomic keyboard for my Mac, and I hesitated to buy a Microsoft product, but this one is quite compatible. There are more buttons that I probably need or understand, but some are pretty nifty.

First try with an ergonomic keyboard. Surprisingly comfortable and easy to use, and after 8 hours a day typing my hands thank me for it. Firmer key springing with subtle overclick makes typing easy. Some nice extra keys, including Zoom, Back/Forward, calculator and parenthesis above number pad. Software allows programmable hot keys, in addition to browser and audio controls.
