Cons: removing old battery, sharp edges from ups hinder removal/insert
The battery comes with a shipping label to return the old battery, but removing the old battery can be an issue: at its end-of-life it expands and the plastics become brittle, requiring quite a bit of skill to remove. Moreover, the metal parts of the UPS are sharp. The new battery slides in easily, however. Finally, you need 24 hours to load before the UPS is ready for use.
