Cons: Performance, Value for Money

Purchased this item to connect our Microsoft Natural Ergo PS/2 keyboards to our new USB workstations. Description states that these will not work with PS/2 keyboard unless it shipped with an adapter. All our Ergo keyboards had shipped with adapter's but were utilzed elsewhere so we purchased 5 replacements figuring they will work. Cost to much to restock. Find a different adapter.

Not one of these has worked. Just buy a USB device and skip this headache.

I have an older Microsoft natural keyboard that I wanted to use with my newer computer and thought this adapter would help. But this adapter apparently does not have the electronics to convert the USB signals to PS/2 style signals, and since my older keyboard does not understand USB style signals it just doesn't work. Instead, I bought the kind of adapter that has the USB connector and two additional connectors - one for keyboard and one for mouse. That one worked.
