Cons: the so-called ratchet angle adjusters dont ratchet
This product is not the easiest thing I've ever had to assemble. It's hard to adjust anti-theft-headed screws behind a large monitor when the screws are black, attached to black brackets in hard-to-reach-places in dark spots, even with a flashlight! Once the monitor was mounted to the wall properly, the mount is very solid and quite adequate to hold a Samsung 305T 30" LCD monitor
