Worked as expected. Prevented me from having to buy a whole new UPS. Very fast shipping. Got a new UPS label with my shipment so I could send the old battery back for recycling for free.

In these difficult financial times, we chose to replace the batteries all of the battery backup units. All were purchased at the same time and the batteries were almost 4 years old. The decision to replace only the battery was based on cost alone. Replacement time for 40 units was about 2.5 hours. The batteries installed easily. The units now provide the time necessary to properly shut down the computer and monitor without loss of data. Using the battery replacement (and the convenient return procedure) allows for an environmentally correct solution to extend the life of the current units
Well it went fine... I ordered the battery, it was shipped and now my UPC is working again. Not much else to report. Thanks for the fast shipping and professional online order system.
