Pros: design, easy to setup, performs well, size Cons: none
This UPS provides the RJ45 protection for my network connection as well as power to prevent data loss. I received the UPS a day earlier than scheduled thanks to PCConnection's quickly filling my order. They have always responded well to any question or request. The same is true with APC. They offer great support as well as excellent quality products.

Pros: compatibility, design, easy to setup, performs well, size, value for money, customer service
Great Product. I exclusively use APC and their customer service has always been wonderful to include sending me replacement UPS BEFORE I returned the defective product.
Mac Users; They have the software to download from their web site for this product to interface with MACs. Hope it satisfies your complaint.
Worth EVERY dollar!

Pros: design, easy to setup, performs well, size, value for money
Very easy to setup and with all of my stuff hooked up to it, it barely has ANY load on it. It's perfect for a server/desktop, printer, monnitor and external harddrive all hooked up to it. And it barely using a 5th of juice.
