Pros: strong protects contents well, meets tsa sizing limits for smaller planes, not afraid to check if ihave too much to carry
Cons: had to tighten screws after awhile they loosen
This is the second pelican 1510 case I own. PCConnection had the best price and shipping was free (and pretty quick from OH to WA via DHL).
the case is good I'm a little tall so its a small reach for the handle so I made a strap to make up the difference. We take this on the airplane and I've used it to shuttle some prettty expensive test equipement across the country for business. As with all Pelican cases they rarely escape the scrutiny of security, I think I've had about 100 searches over the years.
the case is bulletproof pelican makes the best. I own 8 various cases now and counting!!
