Pros: five outlets on the side.
Cons: can't think of any.

Nice product! The three outlets on top are well positioned for use with multiple large power adapters. These can all be plugged in at one time and not get in the way of each other or the regular power cords. The five plugs on the side allow regular plugs to be plugged in without the cords being twisted at odd angles. I purchased several in the same order and they are all being used in some capacity for computer and other tech equipment. All seem to work great.
