Pros: build quality, design, easy to use, value for money
Cons: transformer a little noiser than expensive apc uni

Bought this unit when my 3 yr old one had a problem and went back for warranty service. (excellent, easy to deal with people BTW) I used to buy APC units but the price now seems inflated on the RM models so Im happy with these now. Its great all around except a little more hum or buzz from the unit if its in a real quiet room or office.
