Lexmark S605 wireless printer...
It was damaged on arrival... so, i phoned pcconnection expresss. The rep offered me a UPS prepaid label for RMA and asked me what would i like for the next one. I asked for the same model with even exchange. So, we both agree on this and 2 days later. I received the new replacement printer. It works and i recommend pcconnection express & this model to people. thank you.
