Pros: easy to use, value for money Cons: picture quality
Shipping was fast, and the product was as described and i was able to set this up myself and i am nothing close to an electronic genius. First few months i am happy with this product.

For the price.......cannot be beaten.
Easy to set up, came with everything.....
one caveat.....shipping box looked a little 'ragged'....but was well packed insdie.

tv works great and looks great. pcconnection also has great phone customer service. My remote was broken and the email service said they dont have spare remotes contact the manufacturer, but the phone service sent one out to me immediately. Id buy from them again
